Select "Wiimmfi Patcher", then select Launch. Launch the Homebrew Channel on your Wii. Download Auto Wiimmfi Patcher and extract the ZIP to the root of your SD card. Wiimmfi Patcher created by Leseratte, who generously included my Call of Duty patches. This method requires that you have the Homebrew Channel installed and a working disc copy of Call of Duty: World at War. If you get error 23400, please try another method from this page.
